Fidicinoides saccifera Boulard & Matinelli, 1996: 65.
TYPE MATERIAL. — Holotype: French Guiana. St Jean du Maroni, 11.I.1980, J. Boudinot, P. Thiaucourt and H. de Toulgoët réc. et lég., 1 ♂ (MNHN (EH)16476).
Allotype: French Guiana. Same locality as the holotype, E. De Bergevin lég., 1 ♀ (MNHN (EH)16477).
Paratypes: French Guiana. Same data as the allotype, 1 ♂ (MNHN (EH)6562). — St Laurent du Maroni, 1862, Audouit (Chirurgien de la Marine) lég., 1 ♂ (MNHN (EH)6561). — Saut Dalle, 3.X.1992, 1 ♀ (MNHN (EH)16478). — Matoury, 30.I.1993, M. Thouvenot réc. et lég., 1 ♂ (MNHN (EH)6563).
DISTRIBUTION. — The species is known from Brazil and French Guiana (Boulard & Martinelli 1996; Santos et al. 2010).
