VirPipe Databases
Description
VirPipe is the easy-to-use virus sequence identification pipeline. And the authors periodically upload ready-made databases for component programs of VirPipe for user's convenience. The databases consist of virus sequences only. To know how each database is constructed, please refer to the wiki page of VirPipe repository.
As of now, databases for three programs exist: Centrifuge and taxonomizr.
