Motor oils play a vital role in the performance of military equipment. Motor oils are responsible for reducing the friction between the moving parts of an engine, and also provide protection against wear and tear, oxidation, and corrosion. With the growing sophistication of military equipment, the need for motor oils that can withstand extreme operating conditions has become increasingly important. This has led to research and development of additives to improve the operational properties of motor oils used in military equipment.
