Colon cancer WES analysis
Description
Colon tissues and tumors were collected at 34 weeks and embedded in paraffin, and genomic DNA was extracted and sent for WES sequencing. Results are from 3 WT and 3 STN1F/F mice, with normal and tumor tissue adjacent.
