Description
FIGURE 6. Phylogeny of Centaurea subg. Lopholoma sect. Acrocentron, including the newly described Centaurea dolopica (in bold), with Centaurea subg. Cyanus as outgroup, inferred from Bayesian analysis of the concatenated ITS and ETS sequences. Posterior probabilities (pp) higher than 0.7 and bootstrap values (bs) higher than 50% estimated from MrBayes and RAxML analyses are reported above and below the branches, respectively. At the right, the names of the major clades in C. subg. Lopholoma correspond to those of Font et al.'s (2009) phylogenetic trees.
