Description

This dataset contains two iCn3D PNG IMAGE files related to the paper: "Generation of anti-tumor chimeric antigen receptors incorporating T cell signaling motifs" - Science Signaling, 2024.

(preprint:  https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.12.25.521452v1 )

Files contain Models of CARTKs that can be visualized and analyzed using iCn3D as follows:

1. Download files, then read each file individually in iCn3D: using the link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/full.html

2. To load a file, use File Menu / Open File command and select the iCn3D PNG image format.

- The file CARTK1in_CARTK2in_CARTK3in_CARTK4in_colored-secondary-structure.png contains 4 dimeric structural models of CARTKs: CARTK1, CARTK2, CARTK3, and CARTK4 transmembrane and intracellular regions.

one can browse through individual CARTKs using the “a” key on the keyboard (or Alternate command in menu).

- The file CARTK3in_icn3d_loadable-highlight-Tyrosines.png contains the CARTK3 dimeric model, with Tyrosines 669, 673, and 846 highlighted.

Structures can be manipulated / analyzed / colored using iCn3D commands See Help for details or https://github.com/ncbi/icn3d .
