This qualitative case study explores the work process and challenges faced by design practitioners in Bangladesh in adopting human-centered design (HCD) methodologies. The study is based on interviews with 50 participants from various industries and provides valuable insights into the design process and challenges faced by designers in Bangladesh. The findings emphasize the importance of promoting a collaborative environment, access to quality education and resources, and designing education and communication improvements to support the adoption of HCD methodologies. The study provides a deeper understanding of the design process and challenges faced by designers in Bangladesh and highlights the need for ongoing improvement in design education, communication, and collaboration.
