Description

Seurat objects:

scData.rds: contains 8 samples after being integrated.

scData_spatial_Dec.rds: contains 6 of the 8 samples integrated before. We removed 2 of the 8 weeks samples to keep one sample per condition/genotype (ctl, 5 wks and 8 wks).

GSE151658_integrated.0h.1h_4h_16h_27h_36h_48h.rds: contains the SC  public data from GEO GSE151658 used to annotate the internal datasets.
