Data and code for "Becchi et al., Density-tunable pathway complexity in a minimalistic self-assembly model"

The "setup" folders contain the starting configurations and the LAMMPS scripts to run the simulations.

The "data" folders contain the data extracted from the simulations which have been used to obtain the figures.
