BBMRI-ERIC Directory data structure changes : Proposal for Change

In this document we propose a couple of changes to the data model of the BBMRI-ERIC Directory. Most of these changes are structural changes to make it easier for the National Nodes to fill in the data in the Directory and limit duplication. We also propose the deletion of six fields that were not shown in the User Interface. Four of these fields relate to the available IT infrastructure and staff in the biobank, one field provides a reference to be cited upon use and one that is recorded if the biobank had signed the BBMRI-ERIC partner charter.
