Perbedaan Kemampuan Kekuatan (Otot Tungkai dan Otot Tangan) antara Klub Porsela dan Klub Gavora berdasarkan Frekuensi Latihan

This study aims to determine differences in the ability of biomotor strength (leg muscle strength and hand strength) between the Porsela Club and the Gavora Club based on exercise frequency. Where the Porsela Club has a training schedule of 1 week 6 times while the Gavora Club has a training schedule of 1 week 4 times. Biomotor is the main physical condition in sports, such as strength, speed, endurance, coordination and flexibility which are very important elements in sports activities. In addition, strength is the driving force of every activity. The methods used in this study are survey methods and measurement tests. The population in this study were the Porsela Club Athletes, totaling 6 people and the Gavora Club Athletes, totaling 6 people. The sample technique in this study uses total sampling. The instrument of this research is using test and measurement instruments. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Test to see the difference between the Porsela Club and the Gavora Club. The results showed a significant value for the two clubs with a value of 0,000<0,05 so it can be concluded that the Porsela Club and the Gavora Club have differences in leg and hand muscle strength.
