Description
This MATLAB (Mathworks, Natick, Massachusetts, USA) function preprocesses and quality controls the data collected by
a beam transmissometer used as an "optical sediment trap" sensor on a drifting oceanographic platform such as a profiling float. See comments inside the script for further details.
