mroviras/job_openings_scrapper_random_sample: First version

This is the first version of the job openings random scrapper. It allows to download information from a random selection of job openings using an API from a job search engine.

I developed this code to conduct an online correspondence audit field experiment. Feel free to reach me if you would like to talk about how to implement it in a similar experiment.

This is the first time that I share code. Feel free to reach me with advice on how to improve it.
