Description
This guide provides an overview of landmark structures in rat and mouse brains that are useful for getting an overview of murine brain anatomy in general and for spatial registration of brain images to reference atlases in particular. The guide includes descriptions and example images of landmarks in the three standard planes (coronal, horizontal, sagittal). The images used in this guide are taken from publicly available datasets.
