Single cell alloimmune landscape of liver transplant rejection IMC data

Description

This contains 23 raw .mcd files obtained using IMC, the key markers used during downstream analysis, a metadata_samples.csv file with the clinical group identifier, and a processed_data.csv file with the cell segmentation output (marker intensity expressions) and the cell type label identifier, as used in the publication:
