Vacuum energy redistribution in cyclic universe of black holes

Description

Applying the same assumptions used to resolve divergence issues in QFT without renormalization, this paper models redistribution of vacuum energy near a black hole (BH) into dark energy (DE) and dark matter (DM) components such that the net energy of the cosmological vacuum is zero. The results provide a compelling explanation for the origin of dark energy and dark matter, flat galactic rotation curves, matter density parameters, Hubble tension, and the physics that drives the evolution of the universe.

Notes

V4.0 includes the following updates:

  1. Sec. 2:  Derived linear correction to cosmological constant based on Schwarzschild de Sitter (SdS) metric. Brings RC into close agreement with Sofue data near galactic center.
  2. Sec. 3: Updated enclosed vacuum masses for dark energy & dark matter based on SdS metric. Included these corrections in the DM-DE halo formula. 
  3. Sec. 4: Updated halo parameters result in small corrections to  Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6. Added new Table 3 for halo parameters corresponding to Hubble constant for local universe.
  4. Added new Sec. 8 which reconciles CMB measurements of the Hubble constant with those derived from the local distance ladder. Added new Fig. 13 which plots the local Hubble "constant" vs. an erred H_o from the Planck collaboration.
