USE OF GEODESIC-MARKSHADING METHODS IN CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS

Currently, the protection of the business reputation of a legal entity is an effective mechanism for protecting the violated rights of organizations with defamatory information. Despite some existing gaps in legislation, judicial practice in similar cases is becoming more extensive. However, the legislator did not come to this result immediately. For a long time there was only a way to protect similarly violated citizens' rights. Later, legal norms appeared implying the protection of intangible rights of legal entities by refuting them. With the development of Russian legislation, legal entities have the opportunity to apply for the refutation of defamatory information directly in the media, as well as compensation for damage caused by the dissemination of information discrediting their business reputation.
