TEAM BUILDING AS A KEY FACTOR OF INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article reveals the issues of team building from the position of strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise. The principles of forming an effective team are revealed, special attention is paid to the psychological parameters of the personality.
