HotelBooking and Registration System API Integration Process

The project aimed to enhance customer satisfaction and user experience through the integration of a dynamic user interface (UI) in a web-based hotel booking system. The developed web application enabled real-time monitoring of room booking status and order history for the sales team to efficiently engage with customers. To achieve this goal, the project employed an agile software development methodology and utilized various web development technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js and MongoDB.In current example a CSV has been used for updating files.

Additionally, a RESTful API was implemented to provide an interface for the customers to interact with the system. This API was developed using RAML (RESTful API Modeling Language) and deployed on Anypoint Platform, providing customers with the capability to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on their bookings. The API also implemented various security measures such as OAuth2 authentication and access control to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer data
