Michalis Panayides thesis: Game dataset

A dataset that consists of the payoff matrices A, B, R, of the game theoretic interface between two Emergency Departments and the Emergency Medical Services. This archive contains a compressed folder (data.zip) that consists of the the dataset, the python scripts used to generate the dataset (_data_generation_script) and a file that consists all explored parameters (_parameters_explored.csv).
