Proyecto Angelus: Primer reporte de anotación

The project titled "Clarifying Serious Human Rights Violations Through Knowledge Graphs Built From Documents (Conacyt 0321368), also known as Project Angelus, aims to organize documents which have been generated during counterinsurgency operations in Mexico, with the ultimate goal of helping clarify the whereabouts of thousands of  forcibly disappeared persons.  This deliverable is a report on the organization of the information extracted from said documents. This information takes the form of a Knowledge Graph in RDF, which contains mentions of entities and their relations, with the aim of powering queries and reports that guide on-the-field search actions and help bring justice and restitution to victims.
