Implementation barriers to Dynamic Kerbside Management

This report is based on findings from a literature overview as well as an international workshop session 
held online on October 15, 2020. In this report implementation barriers to dynamic curbside 
management are described and an initial introduction to the topic is given. This report builds on the 
findings of the report Market Consultation on new technology, products and policy measures (milestone 
10). The identified barriers and solutions will guide the development of a ‘sandbox’ plan that will be 
carried out within the Eastern Cluster area in the City of London.
