Type locality. “ China, Yunnan Province, 10 km NE of Tengchong, Behai ZingHai lake env”.
Type material. Holotype ♂, deposited in NHMW.

Notes. Habitus and male genitalia are given in Figs 4A–B and 7C–E.
Collection details. The specimens from Pianma Town were collected among gravel in a crevice at the bottom of a wet rock wall (Fig. 9B).
Distribution. Southern China (Yunnan, Xizang) (Fig. 12A). First record from Xizang Autonomous Region.
Notes. The median lobe of the specimens from Xizang (Fig. 7D) is similar to that of P. kasmiranus lemberki specimens from Yunnan (Fig. 7C) but more strongly curved. The geographical conditions between Xizang and Yunnan are very different, so the differences are understandable. Except for curvature of the median lobe, no other distinct differences were found between the specimens from Xizang and Yunnan.
