ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES IN RUSSIA

This article discusses an approach to assessing the quality of financial services in Russia. The following are the opinions of different authors on the assessment of the quality of services in various fields. The indicators for assessing the quality of financial services and the methodology for calculating the indicator are presented. At the end of the article, a ranking of federal districts in Russia by the value of the indicator of the quality of financial services is carried out. Based on the results obtained, conclusions are drawn about the quality of financial services in federal districts in the Russian Federation.
