  • 1. Spanish Association for Standardization

Description

The Spanish Association for Standardization (UNE), as a European Standardization Body, is a partner in the upPE-T project to provide support regarding the standardization tasks included in the project. A previous deliverable “D7.11 Standardization contribution” was prepared to guide the partners about the published standards and standards under development that could be applicable to upPE-T.
The definition of the fields of interest related to UpPE-T project, agreed by its consortium, served as a starting point for the identification and analysis of the standardization technical committees (TCs) related to the project as well as the published standards and standards under development that could be useful and relevant for the project activities. It could also help to identify standardization gaps that might be covered by the results of the project along its development.
“D7.12 Standardization contribution” establishes a revised analysis, containing updated information regarding the recent standardization activities which are relevant for the project.
The list of technical committees defined in D7.11 deliverable has been reviewed for D7.12, with the aim to better respond to the characteristics and necessities of the project, with the focus on the potential contribution to the ongoing and future standardization developments.
D7.12 deliverable constitutes the result of the monitoring action of the standardization activities relevant to upPE-T project. It is conceived to offer to the partners updated information about the recent activity developed in the period since the publication of D7.11 deliverable.
