Authors/Creators
Description
The physicist Cornelis Wind (1867-1911) was the first to demonstrate the wave nature of x-rays. He conducted this research together with his teacher Hermannus Haga (1852-1937). He also calculated the wavelength. He died of severe anemia at a young age, most likely as a result of his extensive experimentation with x-rays.
