The file includes the main R codes used for analyzing (1) gender-related differences in gut microbiota composition in BIBO samples at the age of 12 years, and (2) relations between the gut microbiota and child behavior (i.e., problem behavior and prosocial behavior) in the same samples, together with the potential role of gender in these relations.
