Figure 4 in Ant crickets and their secrets: Myrmecophilus acerŋorum is not always parthenogenetic (Insecta: Orthoptera: Myrmecophilidae)

Description

Figure 4. Maximum likelihood tree of Myrmecophilus acerƲorum based on concatenated sequences of COI and 16S mtDNA, with GTR nucleotide substitution model and M. nonƲeilleri, M. fuscus, M. gallicus and M. balcanicus as outgroups. Numbers at nodes indicate bootstrap values (values <50 are not shown). The clade marked with blue represents the haplotypes from parthenogenetic populations. Coloured bars represent the different delimitation schemes obtained with> 3% of genetic differentiation on both COI alone, as well as on concatenated COI and 16S sequences, with ABGD (calculated with JC69, K2P and p genetic distances), PTP, TCS and GMYC sequence-based delineation tests, and white bars are due to missing sequences.
