Automatic detection of migrating soaring bird flocks using weather radars by deep learning

This repository contain the data for running the algorithm for detecting soaring bird migration using weather radar: https://github.com/Inbal-Schekler/UNET-flocks-detection
The data include train and test folders, each with weather radar images (tiff) and the corresponding tagged (with flocks; png) images.

In the train and test folders there are sub folders of the different weather radars used and different pattern we wanted the algorithm to learn as flocks, rain and passerine migration
