Chemical Study Of The Roots Of Bilacunaria microcarpa (Bieb.) M.Pimen. ex V.Tichomirov
Description
Four derivatives of furocoumarins (C12H8O4, m.p. 188-190°C; C16H14O4, m.p. 108-109°C; C16H14O5, m.p. 141-143°C; C16H16O6, m.p. 136-137°C) have been isolated from the roots of Bilacunaria microcarpa (Apiaceae). On the basis of the interpretation of IR- and 1 H NMR spectra the were identified the chemical formulas of studied substances, and it was proved that these substances are bergapten, izoimperatorin, oxypeucedanin and oxypeucedanin hydrate, respectively.
