The Germinare Scientific Journal is a periodical and open access publication, coordinated by CIIERT (International Center for Research, Epistemology and Transdisciplinary Reflection) - Piaget Institute.

The open-access is fully sponsored by the Institute. All manuscripts are automatically Open Access and there are no submission charges.

The articles submitted to Germinare must contain original data, theoretical or experimental, in the areas of research and training offered by the Piaget Institute, namely in:
