In the article, the analysis of the regulatory legal documents adopted in the framework of the reforms implemented in recent years in the field of public order maintenance and security of internal affairs bodies, their role as the legal basis for public order maintenance and security, the content and essence of social relations regulated by them, and perspectives in this regard has been highlighted, and conclusions have been given based on the analysis of the opinions and opinions presented in this regard in scientific research works and legal literature.
