Final Report on Co-created Circular Solar Business Models

This report compiles the findings on the circular service models for PV, co-created within five demonstrators from the CIRCUSOL project. It provides an overview of their goals, scope, and status in relation to the CIRCUSOL vision, and describes the business model development process and co-created outcome for each demonstrator. We also report findings from substantial efforts to identify the market potential of circular solar business models in both residential and non-residential markets. Furthermore, the transition pathways, opportunities and challenges for scaling and replicating the co-created service models are identified, as well as for wider deployment of circularity strategies. We conclude with policy recommendations for companies and governments.
