Diff since v0.30.0

This patch version:

  • Fixes a warning in curvature by using PrecisionWeights instead of passing the bare vector of weights.
  • Fixes the ObservatoryMPC tests.
  • Introduces a new struct Apparition that will be the basis for the future orbit determination interface.
