Nothrus niedbalai Kuty & Olszanowski, 2006
Distribution: Ecuador.
Records in Ecuador: Pichincha (Pasochoa National Park, 20 km from Pifo and 6 km from Paluguillo) and Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi National Park).
Habitat: Moss and soil from a small clearing of the shrubby secondary forest, moss from stones, at the level of the creek, moss from rocks and dried out tussocks from a closed forest stand.
