Pelleting and extrusion in animal feed manufacturing. A bibliometric study 

For the period 2017-2021 the most relevant indicators were obtained for publications on the topic. These indicators were: leading countries, number of publications per year, most cited journals, journals with largest number of publications. The platform used was Dimensions. From the results obtained it was observed that there was an increasing interest in this area of research over the period 2017-2022, reflected by the positive trend in number of publications over the previous years. The Journal of Animal Science, and Aquaculture were the most relevant journals and USA and Switzerland were the leading countries in the topic.
