Description
dsirIVP.m : function needed to integrate the SIR ode
plot_sirI_Svp_ode.m : calculates and plots the worst-case effectiveness for varying vaccine efficacies and epidemic basic reproduction numbers
plot_sirI_Svp_Poisson.m : calculate and plots the stochastic evolution of a cohort of 40K individuals. Also plots 1) the evolution of the SIR model for the whole population and 2) the comparison about the \eta as predicted from the SIR model and the second-order approximation that does not need to run the model
plot_sirsvsp_ode.m; plots the evolution of \eta measurements for trials of length T starting ad different times during the lifetime of a SIR epidemic
