The data used in the article "Revisiting the raindrop axis ratio based on 3D ellipsoidal reconstruction from 2DVD observations". The data are the raindrop diameter, the fall velocity, the original and corrected axis ratios and the raindrop canting angle from camera A and B of 2DVD, and the raindrop reconstruction axis ratio, raindrop azimuth angle and zenith angle from the 3D ellipsoidal reconstruction algorithm.
