Description
Data files, code and custom functions for all analyses and figures presented in the paper. The seven data files are provided in csv format (CMRJuvRing.csv, CMRJuvDraht.csv, CMRAdDraht.csv, CMRAdSat.csv, RingRecoveries.csv, Bruten.csv, Condition.csv). The code file (RedKiteCode.txt) and the function file (Custom_functions.txt) are space delineated text files. The code file is written for R, but some models are run in JAGS from R. The code file also contains descriptions of the data files and code for data management.
