Description
Code and examples for reconstructing energy dispersion from (photoemission) band mapping data, including a probabilistic machine learning algorithm based on Markov random field and the associated pre- and post-processing steps that transform the data structure of experimental band mapping and calculated band structure data. The examples are primarily based on the dataset of 2H-WSe2, a layered semiconductor with a hexagonal lattice.
