Deep Learning for PET (model and results)
Description
Results are in a .npy dictionary format with loss of training "loss", and of the validation data "valid_loss". Additionally there are images saved each epoch on the validation data “valid_image”.
The trained pytorch model is saved with both model and optimiser state dictionaries.
