Description
FIGURE 5. Phylogenetic trees of M. javanus and M. paradoxus based on COX1. Comparative analysis of mitochondrial COX1 gene from four individuals at different developmental stages and different populations (this study), combined with four COX1 sequences of M. paradoxus reported by others. Macrosiagon bimaculatum was used as an outgroup. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using MP and ML. Branch support values are described as MP/ML in the MP tree.
