Parascaptor leucura (Blyth, 1850). J. Asiat. Soc. Bengal, 19:215, pl. 4.

TYPE LOCALITY: India, Assam, Khasi Hills, Cherrapunji.

DISTRIBUTION: Burma, Assam (India), and Yunnan (China).

COMMENTS: Formerly included in T. micrura; see Ellerman and Morrison-Scott (1951:40); but also see Corbet (1978c:33).
