TYPE LOCALITY: Kenya, "Camp 18, western slope of Mt. Kenya, 2,600 m ".

DISTRIBUTION: Mt. Kenya and Aberdare Range (Kenya).

SYNONYMS: alchemillae.

COMMENTS: Includes alchemillae; see Dippenaar and Meester (1989) who revised the species.
