Determining response in spatial resolution using FRC to integration time of super-resolution image reconstruction
Authors/Creators
Description
Fourier Ring Correlation (FRC) is a commonly used method to determine spatial resolution of images. Here, we apply the FRC method using the RustFRC python package (ten Brink, T. RustFRC [Computer software]) to calculate spatial resolution on image datasets from single-molecule localisation microscopy (SMLM) experiments. This script allows random sampling of consecutive frame subsets based on integration time for FRC calculation and subsequent visualisation.
