Eothenomys chinensis

Description

Eothenomys chinensis (Thomas, 1891). Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., ser. 6, 8:117.

TYPE LOCALITY: China, W Sichuan, Kiatingfu.

DISTRIBUTION: Recorded only from Sichuan and Yunnan between 2000-4000 m (Corbet, 1978c).

SYNONYMS: tarquinus, wardi.

COMMENTS: The type-species of Anteliomys (see Hinton, 1926).
