Merged pull requests:
- Redact sensitive header values when displaying Headers collections (#1328) (@fredrikekre)
- Evict idle pooled HTTP/2 connections; cover them in close_idle_connections! (#1331) (#1332) (@quinnj)
- fix: join duplicate header values with "," rather than ", " (#1340) (@quinnj)
Closed issues:
- 2.x: pooled connection reused after long idle hangs until kernel read timeout (ETIMEDOUT ~15 min); 1.x unaffected (#1331)
- Performance: Streaming request/buffer-based response? (#1334)
- HTTP v2 fails against postgresql.org (TLS 1.3 alert 40) (#1338)
