Type locality: Indonesia, Borneo, Sarawak
Distribution. Indian records: Nilgiris (Klima 1937), Kerala (Mathew & Menon 1984), South India (Irungbam et al. 2016), Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu (Das et al. 2020a), Assam, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (Reddy & Murthy 2021). Global records: Bhutan, Burma, Borneo (Hampson 1896b) Birma [Burma], Süd- u. Ostchina, Japan, Formosa, Borneo, Sang’ir Ins. (Klima 1937), Bhutan, Myanmar, China, Borneo, Hong Kong, Kalimantan (Irungbam et al. 2016).
