Description
Orekit version 13.1.5. The main changes are:
- Account for central body in CCSDS NDM when ModifiedFrame is used. When parsing a CCSDS file Earth-centered ICRF is GCRF.
- Add CcsdsFrameMapper interface to improve consistency and allow users to provide their own mapping.
- Fixed wrong getVelocity in FieldOrbit.
- Fixed peer cache performance regression on high contention.
- Fixed local dependency in JPL ephemeris loader test.
- Fixed broken links in documentation.
- Updated supported names for JPL DE files to support new file naming convention.
- Fixed confusion between covariance reference time and initial propagation time in StateCovarianceProvider.
- Fixed parsing DistanceUnit keyword in STK ephemeris file parser.
- Fixed Gooding convergence issue.
- Use actual station position in ionospheric angular correction.
