TYPE LOCALITY: India, Bengal.

DISTRIBUTION: Maidive Isis.; India; Sri Lanka; Pakistan; Burma; Andaman Isis. Tsinghai (China)(SW).

COMMENT: Includes ariel; see Hill, 1958, J. Bombay Nat. Hist. Soc., 55:5, 6.
